DATA.BET is seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mass recruitment and a passion for sourcing top talent.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter, with a focus on mass recruitment.
- Proficiency in using candidate sourcing tools to identify and engage with candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with various candidate sourcing channels and platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Upper intermediate level of spoken and written English proficiency.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid format (2-3 days per week in the office).
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage with candidates to fill vacancies across various roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize job sites, social networks, and specialized forums to attract candidates.
- Maintain and update the internal candidate database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruitment process, including candidate pipeline status and hiring metrics.
