VIGO Industries is a worldwide manufacturer of plumbing fixtures and shower doors. We are a privately held company which gives us the ability to respond quickly to the quickly changing world we are living in today. WE ARE WORKING ON USA TIME ZONE!!!
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and «clean» data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements and skills:
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and a firm grasp of formulas and logic (v-lookup, Macros, advanced functions and formulas)
- Can manage a large database of product SKUs and can manipulate data as needed
- Manage data feeds and listings on Amazon, Walmart, Lowes, Wayfair
- Motivated and Quick to learn, be able to multi-task, and work independently
- Proven experience in data organization and management using Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy — should be proficient in creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros
