Requirements:
To be Up-to-date with market rate
Solid understanding of US trucking industry processes.
At least 1 year in dispatching experience with Dry Van/Reefer or rail consolidation (preferably)
English level B2+
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Own Laptop or PC
Responsibilities:
Book loads on load boards such as DAT and freight sources
Maximize profitability by identifying and combining freight
Communicate with team members for gaining best results
Work in fast paced, multitasking environment
We offer:
Remote Work
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT
Salary: 500$ plus 0.5% -1.5% commission for every booked load
Paid sick leaves and paid vacation after a year of work
