Junior Lead Generation Manager / Researcher

- 6+ months of experience in Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of English at the B2+ level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High motivation for development in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Finding the database of the target audience based on ICP.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments with decision makers.
- Follow up with prospects to schedule appointments and confirm details.
- Lead generation with automated and manual instruments of outreach;
- Work with SRM system HubSpot.
