RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimizing the marketing campaigns, tracking, and optimizing expenses.
- Analyzing data and metrics such as CTR, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CPA) to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Planning and executing lead generation campaigns across various channels in line with the Growth B2C strategy.
- Measuring and refining all digital marketing campaigns in relation to objectives.
- Identifying trends and making recommendations regarding tools and methods for acquiring B2C clients.
- Develop innovative advert templates to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and support business development initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive understanding of PPC within the digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in creative writing and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Figma, etc.
- Nice to have relevant experience in travel and insurance industries.
- Proficiency in English at a B2- C1 level.
