Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our window repair company. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company website to ensure an optimal online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in web development technologies, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.

Mr. Glazier is a leading commercial and residential glass, windows, and doors company based in New York City. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, we have been serving clients in the region for over a decade.

Responsibilities:

Web Developer Requirements:

• Develop and maintain front-end code for websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Implement and optimize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
• Integrate and customize WordPress themes, ensuring consistency with design specifications.
• Work closely with designers to implement and enhance user interfaces while adhering to design principles and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with WordPress theme development and customization.
• Experience with Elementor, Figma is desirable.
• Knowledge of PHP is considered a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Possibility to work in the US time zone (15:00 – till midnight Kyiv time).
