ASSISTANT OF CREW MANAGER

L-Stream Ltd (LSM) is a leading company in the maritime industry, specializing in providing high-quality crew management services. We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant of Crew Manager to join our team in Odessa.

Tasks:

• Assisting the Crew Manager in coordinating crew assignments and schedules;
• Communicating with crew members regarding their contracts, travel arrangements, and other logistical issues;
• Maintaining accurate records of crew qualifications, certificates, and training;
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection of new crew members;
• Handling administrative tasks related to crew management 
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in maritime studies or a related field;
• Previous experience in crew management or a similar role is preferred;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
•  Proficiency in MS Office and crew management software
