Affiliate Manager

Job Summary:
Affiliate Manager coordinates all aspects of affiliate programs and completes tasks such as detecting growth opportunities, keeping in touch with affiliates, developing budgets, running tests to optimize affiliate sales, training staff on affiliate management, and organizing promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting New Partners: Attract new webmasters and partners to our Affiliate Network.

• Partner Development: Increase the turnover of partners through scaling, motivation, and performance enhancement strategies.

• Partner Account Management: Maintain partners' accounts in the Affiliate Network, including retention and promptly solving their problems.

• Traffic Analysis: Analyze partner traffic to provide optimal solutions for performance improvement.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that affiliate promotions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and values.

• Event Participation: Participate in specialized events, including international ones, to establish partnerships.

• Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing to identify growth opportunities.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to affiliate management, such as updating affiliate profiles and maintaining accurate records of affiliate activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience.

• English B2+.

• Knowledge of Traffic Source Types Basics: SEO, PPC, ASO, email, etc.

• Knowledge of  Affiliate Partnership Models: RS, CPA.

• Knowledge of Content Marketing.

• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization.

• Knowledge of Affiliate Tracking Platforms.

• Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

• Basic understanding of Graphic Design.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming and betting verticals.

• Experience in/with crypto projects.

• Possibility to participate in international events.
