We are a recruitment agency talentC from the Genesis ecosystem. For over 10 years, our team has been helping scale leading businesses in Ukraine and worldwide by finding and hiring specialists from Trainees to C-level positions.

Our partner is a rapidly growing IT product company which always welcomes professionals in various areas of IT and iGaming to join the team. They are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Retention Manager who is willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conceptualize, and develop casino and betting promotional offers, including campaign planning, segmentation, brief preparation, and setting goals and KPIs.
  • Managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to developing activation, cross-selling, retention and win-back campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on customer segmentation, post-campaign analysis and optimization, ROI, offers, and bonus spend efficiency.
  • Perform A/B tests and analyze customer behaviours, trends, demographics and preferences to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage promotional tools and communication channels, suggest bonus tool improvements, and coordinate with IT departments for the development roadmap and implementation.
  • Cooperate with creative teams on developing design concepts/assets and copy for communication, promotional campaigns, and offers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a CRM/Retention Manager in the online gaming industry.
  • Casino enthusiast, strong knowledge of casino games and customers behavior.
  • Highly customer-centric with great understanding of a customer lifecycle, behavior and customer journeys.
  • Passion to drive optimization through quantitative & qualitative insights.
  • Good knowledge of CRM communication channels and overall campaign Best Practice.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and time management skills

Work conditions:

  • Work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta.
  • Remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesn’t matter where you’re working from, only the result is important.
