At Diia City United, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the Ukrainian software industry and its prominence within local businesses. By joining the team, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with existing and potential members.
  • Maintaining “know your client” instruments: ongoing membership database (with big data elements), social networking, cooperation, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach leads to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that the terms align with the business association’s goals and values.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the business association at events, conferences, and networking activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related professional experience (B2B sales, key account management, membership management).
  • A passion for building relationships and helping businesses grow.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to a variety of client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, in office productivity software and digital collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack).
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on report writing and presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • English proficiency level must be at least B2+.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, from industry leaders to government officials, to achieve committee goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and advocacy efforts.
  • Team player: Proven experience in coordinating own team and work with cross-functional teams.
