Junior Client Relationship Manager (evening shift)
A little bit about our company:
We've been on the market for 5 years
During this time we provided many successful cases
For now we have 3 departments: English, Polish and French
We provide our Managers training throughout all working process to improve quality of customer service
Our perfect candidate:
1. Communicative
2. Willing to improve themselves all the time
3. Highly-motivated to achieve best results
4. English speaking level at least Upper-Intermediate
5. Experience in sales from 6 months (we can also consider candidates without experience)
What will u have to do:
-Contact our customers who left their information on our advertisement
- Explain about our services and their advantages
- Work out customers objections
- Provide individual approach to each client
- Working with reports for Management department
