Requirements

• At least 3 years driving experience
• Ability to read maps efficiently + GPS
• Position requires a deferment or removal from military service
• Position requires the ability to travel abroad
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Diligent attention to detail Diligent attention to safety
• Commitment to World Vision Core Values and Mission Statement
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level is desirable

Responsibilities

1. Driving Services

• Drive the Response Project team and outreach workers to locations required in accordance with the requirements of the programme
• Drive WV UCR visitors to hotel/airport/meetings or to the implementation sites.

2. Ensure Vehicle maintenance

• Report any accidents or mechanical problem of a vehicle to Admin Manager
• Check vehicles daily and as required, to make sure any necessary general repairs are carried out as necessary.
• Maintain vehicle Equipment/Inventory (GPRS, fire extinguisher, First Aid Kit…)
• Ensure that all assigned driver and vehicles are presentable at all times
• Maintain a Non-Smoking policy in vehicles at all times

3. Other duties

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Risk, GIK & Logistics Manager
• Attend and participate in spiritual nurture events and other organizational events
• Attend and participate in local capacity building events
• Safety and Security responsibilities:
  1. i. Responsible of own security and actively contribute to a positive security culture

• 80% domestic travel required
• 10% international travel required

Обов’язки

1. Водійські функції:

• Возити команду проекту «Реагування» та соціальних працівників до місць, необхідних відповідно до вимог програми
• Відвозити відвідувачів WV UCR до готелю/ аеропорту/ зустрічей або на місця реалізації.

2. Забезпечення технічного обслуговування транспортного засобу

• Повідомляти Адміністративному менеджеру про будь-які аварії або механічні проблеми з транспортним засобом
• Перевіряти транспортний засіб щодня та за потреби, щоб переконатися, що будь-який необхідний загальний ремонт виконується за потреби.
• Підтримувати обладнання/інвентар автомобіля (GPRS, вогнегасник, аптечка…)
• Слідкувати за тим, щоб усі призначені водії та транспортні засоби завжди були в належному стані
• Підтримувати політику заборони куріння в транспортних засобах у будь-який час

3. Інші обов’язки

• Виконувати інші пов’язані з цим завдання за дорученням Менеджера з ризиків, GIK та логістики
• Відвідувати та брати участь у заходах духовного виховання та інших організаційних заходах
• Відвідувати та брати участь у місцевих заходах з розбудови потенціалу

• Відповідати за власну безпеку та активно сприяти формуванню позитивної культури безпеки
