Storekeeper

Main responsibilities:

· Controlling the orders and dispatch of materials and goods to ensure their rational use.

· Receiving orders and deliveries, identifying potential discrepancies and reporting them on delivery notes. Storing materials in accordance with the current system to ensure that items are always available.

· Storing materials in accordance with the current system to ensure constant availability, ensuring that all items are well organized and properly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (clean, safe, accessible, etc.).

· Monitoring the temperature in the warehouse and ensuring that products requiring a certain temperature are stored at the proper temperature. Special control of “sensitive” goods: batch numbers, expiration dates, packaging, and special storage conditions.

· Timely preparation of orders before the shipment of goods and packages (according to the means of transportation), weighing and labeling of cargo, indicating the appropriate consignment number, destination, number of consignment units, consignment note number, weight and mode of transport in accordance with the instructions of the line manager.

· Together with the line manager, perform physical inventory counts in accordance with the frequency previously determined. Monitor inventory levels against alarm thresholds, stock-outs, and expiration dates.

· Ensure that access is restricted to authorized personnel and that doors and other exits are secure. Immediately informing the line manager of any problems that arise during work, including damage, loss, attempted break-in or theft in the warehouse

· Assist the line manager in preparing inventory reports.
