IT Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening CVs, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both IT and non-IT.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the qualified sourcing of candidates for various positions (using job boards, social media, LinkedIn and etc).
• Screen the CVs and initiate a first contact with potential candidates.
• Efficiently collaborate with a recruitment team during the sourcing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the CRM system
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter or sourer preferably in both IT and non-IT fields.
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
• Familiarity with using recruitment and sourcing tools, and software.
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
