ABM Content Strategist

Job Purpose:

As an ABM Content Strategist at IdeaInYou, your role is pivotal in driving our Account-Based Marketing initiatives. You’ll develop and implement content-driven strategies, leveraging your expertise to align our marketing efforts with our overarching business goals and enhancing client engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and SubICPs specific to the IT and software development sectors.
• Undertake comprehensive research to understand each ICP/SubICP’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
• Design and execute a content campaign across various digital platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Manage content pipelines, integrating diverse formats from short videos to in-depth articles with lead magnets.
• Use advanced analytics and UTM tracking for detailed campaign insights and optimization.
• Analyze data to continually refine content strategy and pipeline efficacy.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and ABM.
• Conduct team development sessions on ABM and content marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content marketing and ABM, especially in the IT and software development sectors.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms like YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Skilled in SEO, content creation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Required: Proficiency in English (B1 level).
• Strong Plus: Experience with design and media editing tools, familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/Copy AI for content creation, and knowledge of ticket management systems.
