Head of Affiliate

The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. What you need to do:
- Review and rebuild an existing division;
- Partner base review;
- Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy;
- Optimize performance metrics on the new strategy;
- Monitoring, reporting and analyzing all metrics;
- Transfer of all communications to CRM;
- Team growth/optimization;
- Negotiating, closing deals with top partners.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- Experience: From 2-3 years working with gambling/betting verticals;
- Experience managing a team of 20+ people;
- Good practical knowledge of all typical metrics, software, market and so on;
- Having its own strong base of partners in relevant verticals;
- Skills in working with affiliate software: platforms, CRM, trackers;
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
What soft skills are needed:
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team, make decisions and guide the team towards common goals;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with a variety of stakeholders;
- The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under conditions of uncertainty;
- Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and between different departments.
