Head of Affiliate
We are a top iGaming company that is looking for a motivated Head of Affiliate to strengthen our team. We provide a great opportunity to work on a unique product that already has customers in many countries.

What you need to do:
Review and rebuild an existing division;
Partner base review;
Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy;
Optimize performance metrics on the new strategy;
Monitoring, reporting and analyzing all metrics;
Transfer of all communications to CRM;
Team growth/optimization;
Negotiating, closing deals with top partners.
What hard skills do you need to have:
Experience: From 2-3 years working with gambling/betting verticals;
Experience managing a team of 20+ people;
Good practical knowledge of all typical metrics, software, market and so on;
Having its own strong base of partners in relevant verticals;
Skills in working with affiliate software: platforms, CRM, trackers;
English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
What soft skills are needed:
Ability to inspire and motivate the team, make decisions and guide the team towards common goals;
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with a variety of stakeholders;
The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under conditions of uncertainty;
Ability to resolve conflicts within the team and between different departments.
