#OSINT Analyst (Open-Source Intelligence) #hybrid need to be in office #Kyiv twice on month. Salary 2-4.5k$ gross.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OSINT Analyst to join our team of
professionals committed to producing accurate, high-quality open-source intelligence that
drives informed decision-making. Experience more than 2 years. The role involves conducting in-depth research on
individuals, organizations, and businesses, with a focus on identification, ownership
mapping, litigation and regulatory review, and reputational risk evaluation. The ideal
candidate combines investigative rigor with sound judgment, ethical awareness, and a
strong understanding of public-records systems across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive OSINT research using a wide range of publicly available
sources to collect and validate information on individuals, companies, and commercial
activities.
• Validate initial findings through multi-source triangulation to ensure conclusions are
grounded in reliable, evidence-based data.
• Leverage corporate registries, litigation, and market-regulation databases to obtain and
corroborate materials from the U.S. and other jurisdictions.
• Analyze, integrate, and synthesize data to produce accurate, concise, and wellstructured analytical reports tailored to each assignment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine research objectives and ensure timely,
high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of methodologies, sources, and verification
steps to ensure transparency and auditability.
• Ensure all intelligence-gathering activities adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory
standards.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum two years of experience in analytical roles (due diligence, threat assessment,
corporate intelligence, or investigative research), preferably within a professional OSINT
or risk-advisory environment.
• Hands-on expertise with OSINT research tools, databases, and search methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex
datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to extract and interpret information from fragmented, multilingual, or
cross-jurisdictional sources, including litigation and corporate-registry databases.
• Professional proficiency in English, with strong research, writing, and data-interpretation
skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, i including the ability to present
findings in structured, client-ready reports.
Preferred Qualifications
• Solid understanding of U.S. and international jurisdictions, including the structure and
accessibility of public records, property registries, and data-broker ecosystems.
• Experience navigating jurisdiction-specific systems for litigation, business registration,
and asset-ownership tracing.
• Familiarity with digital-forensic and enrichment tools supporting entity resolution and
network mapping.
• Practical knowledge of operational-security (OPSEC) principles to protect sensitive
information and research activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, data analytics, journalism,
or another relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
