Job description

a successful logistics company that has been operating since 2008 and provides a full range of transport and logistics services for the organization of transportation of grain and oil cargoes, support of export and import deliveries.

We are currently looking for a Head of Representative Office in Poland with an understanding of the international logistics market (rail, water, road transport).

The main requirements for our candidate:

• successful team management experience;

• having experience working with B2B clients from search to effective development;

• ability to plan, manage efficiency both personally and as a team;

• effective communication with carriers and terminals/ports as a mandatory requirement, ability to build combined logistics chains, effectively sell services;

• responsibility both to the company and to the client;

• the ability to generate interesting logistical solutions, professionally prepare and defend one's initiative, readiness to solve any difficult situation with a partner/client/subordinate;

• high level of self-awareness, maturity;

• focus on results, systematicity;

• knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages.

Main duties:

• formation of a team from "0", construction of effective work of the representative office, mobilization of own cargo flow with construction of high-quality logistics;

• implementation of sales plans, participation in planning financial goals of the representative office;

• development and setting of goals and objectives, organization of their achievement and implementation, training and development of the team, both professional and personal competencies, to achieve better results;

• task of finding and attracting customers. Having your own developed client base will be an advantage;

• conducting negotiations, presentation of services, solving the client's task through the selection of the best logistics chain and high-quality transport support service, conclusion of agreements (detailed calculation and agreement of the cost, preparation of the contract, ordering/receiving applications, dispatching of the logistics process), general control of the implementation of each project;

• analysis of results, management of CRM, other necessary reporting;

• implementation of the sales plan and implementation of the client base development plan.
