Supply Chain Manager

We are now expanding into new markets (EU) and launching new product lines.Our Instagram community has grown to over 315K followers, and we have more than 100,000 satisfied customers in Ukraine over the last 5 years.As we continue to grow and develop, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or material management.
2. Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers of materials and finished products.
3. Demonstrated success in forecasting for 10+ SKUs.
4. English language proficiency at B2 level and above 
5. Familiarity with dietary supplement factories is a plus.
6. Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis.
7. Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience in management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting: Use historical data, market trends, and insights from other departments to create accurate demand forecasts for Perla Helsa products.
• FG and Materials Stock Management: Work with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal levels of finished goods (FG) and materials, balancing availability while minimizing costs and avoiding out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Partner Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with FG producers, logistics, and fulfillment companies, while actively seeking alternative suppliers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business goals. Collaborate with the finance team to allocate resources for stock replenishment.
• Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of demand patterns, develop forecasting models, and implement strategies to improve accuracy.
• Communication: Clearly communicate demand forecasts, stock levels, and potential risks to stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of demand planning strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Forecasting: Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to improve forecast accuracy and prevent OOS scenarios.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and other external factors.
