Codebridge Technology, Inc. is a custom software development company with a focus on building web and mobile solutions. We also provide customers with team extension services. We are flexible, we quickly adjust to clients’ needs and the situation on the market with a focus on the high quality of services provided. Our clients are a product and service-based companies from the United States and Europe. 

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who willing to grow to a Senior and/or Leading roles in the future, thrives in an outbound-focused role and enjoys building relationships through proactive outreach. As SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through cold outreach, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels. This role involves researching and reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement. The SDR will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving growth. 

Main responsibilities: 

Outbound Lead Generation: 

  • Follow and execute outbound lead generation strategies from Head of Sales department to identify potential clients in target markets according to established Ideal Customer profile and Unique Selling proposition 

  • Proactively engage in cold outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels 

  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects by researching, identifying, and contacting decision-makers 

Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: 

  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads 

  • Craft personalized and effective email sequences to engage with prospects at different stages of the buyer’s journey 

  • A/B test email subject lines, content, and call-to actions to improve open and response rates

CRM & Reporting: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions with leads in the CRM and/or Excel sheets 

  • Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts 

  • Meet main and strategic KPI’s 

  • Report weekly/monthly on SDR activities to the Head of Sales, including the number of leads generated, qualified leads, and meetings booked 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with the sales team, Head of Sales and CEO to align on messaging, target markets, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) 

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to optimize strategies 

Requirements: 

Experience

  • 1,5-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role 

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets & KPI’s 

  • Experience with cold outreach and lead nurturing through LinkedIn, email, and other social media 

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects 

  • Upper-intermediate English level, other languages are a plus 

  • Familiarity with email campaign platforms (e.g., Apollo, Snov.io, Outreach.io, etc.) and CRM tools 

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 

  • Self-management and personal time-management skill is a must 

  • A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously improve outreach techniques and skills
