Junior Marketing Specialist

Delta Wilmar Ukraine has more than 19 years of experience in the food industry market and produces oil and fat products and ingredients for manufacturers of bakery, confectionery and dairy products. We cooperate with reliable partners throughout Ukraine and are one of the largest exporters to Europe. In connection with the expansion of the staff, the company needs  Junior Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Development of packaging and labels for new SKYU and accounting of existing ones.
•  Participation in the preparation of activities to promote the Company's TM
• Preparation of market data analysis regarding the current situation regarding markets and consumers
• Development of branding elements
• Organization and support of external tenders, briefings, marketing activities (briefing, TOR, timing control), etc.
• Search, select, interact and control external contractors
• Administer, social pages (SMM), schedule and publish content.
• Work with reviews on e-com platforms
• Systematize media data (photos, videos), organize data exchange with agencies and employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience in the field of SMM marketing.
• Initiative and the ability to manage projects autonomously.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• The ability to effectively organize the work process and make quick decisions.
