Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments,
- Minumum 10 years work experience in the construction sector field,
- Advanced English languages skills,
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Good command of ERP programs
- Having a Certified Public Accountant Certificate
- Having a good command of accounting standards, tax legislation, and related regulations
Responsibilities
- To keep accounts on daily basis.
- Execute the all accounting processes of the company in accordance with legal regulations,
- To follow up the warehouse processes, to carry out the necessary stock transactions and fixed asset transactions.
- Following up subcontractor payments according to due dates and preparing payment orders,
- Posting incoming-outcoming bank and petty cash transactions,
- Maintaining relations with the banks, financial institutions, and headquarters,
- Posting employee advances, expense reports, and travel expenses and communicating applicable deductions to Human Resources Department,
- Posting supplier invoices,
- Performing quarterly account reconciliations with the head office, group companies, suppliers, subcontractors, employers, and banks,
- Supporting the preparation of subcontractor/supplier reports to monitor progress, payments, deductions made, and guarantees received,
- Supporting monthly and annual financial closings.
