Account Manager(igaming)
We are a global product company operating in the Digital Marketing sector, with a strong presence across the world. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on identifying new business opportunities within current client accounts to expand our engagement and increase the scope of existing contracts.
- Implement strategies and actions aimed at boosting revenue streams from existing and potential clients
- Regularly review and assess the performance of agents to ensure they are achieving desired goals and adhering to company standards. Provide feedback and coaching as needed to improve efficiency and results.
- Engage with clients regularly to keep them informed and interested in our services. Use motivational strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee the distribution of marketing and advertising materials to clients, ensuring they are targeted, relevant, and effectively contribute to our promotional efforts.
Key skills:
- Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager for at least 2 years.
- Experience in iGaming for at least 1 year.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- English level B1.
