A large international pharmaceutical company that produces drugs, sanitary and hygienic products and medical equipment is looking for a specialist for the position of Marketing and Administrative Support Assistant.
Main tasks:
- Ensure timely approval and translation of promo materials in accordance with company policies
- Technical support for the Company's activities (requests marketing managers, market access managers)
- Interaction with regional employees and suppliers to agree terms of participation in events, provision of documents and materials
- Uploading events into the system and obtaining approvals
- Creating and negotiating contracts, approving and signing contracts with external providers in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring timely paperwork
- Compliance with deadlines and policies for execution and approval of company events
- Technical approval of company print publications and materials, communication with vendors regarding paperwork for print work
- Working in: Request navigator, IMR, iCONNECT, Factiva, ICD
- Creating PO in PO management tool
- Ad-Hoc tasks from leadership team
Basic requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing/PR
- 2+ year of previous experience of assistant role or internship in international company
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Attention to details, be familiar with deadlines, high level of responsibility, personal time-management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse/matrix community
- Ukrainian – fluent, English – advanced (is the must)
