Junior Content Writer, Employer Branding Specialist
About the project:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Content Writer to join our HR team. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to craft engaging and compelling content for our external HR digital platforms. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to write engaging online content that will help boost brand awareness. If you have a knack for storytelling, creativity, and the ability to leave a lasting impression with your words, we want to hear from you.
Time allocation: part-time (20 hours/week).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- C1 level of English.
- Proven experience in content writing, either through internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the Polish, Ukrainian, or Portuguese language is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools is a plus.
- Experience in HR within the IT industry will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Write engaging HR content that gets people excited about the company and makes them want to work there.
- Make sure your writing is accurate, clear, and consistent so that people can easily understand what you’re saying.
- Adapt your writing style and tone to different platforms and audiences so that your content is always relevant and engaging.
- Do your research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities so that you can create content that is informed and effective.
- Work with your team to come up with new ideas and strategies for your content marketing efforts.
- Be a great communicator and team player so that you can work well with others and create a positive work environment.
- Work with designers to make sure pictures go well with the words.
