Junior Trade Marketing Manager

LVMH Beauty Ukraine (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) is looking for a Junior Trade  Marketing Manager Guerlain.

LVMH Beauty Ukraine is a division of the French multinational luxury goods concern LVMH. Our brands are such historic Houses such as Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy and Guerlain, Kenzo, Loewe and Acqua di Parma.

Main responsibilities:

Marketing & Trade marketing:

• Trade marketing programs implementation: windows, coop activities, spraying, GWP, trade incentive program implementation (all communication with the Clients and agencies);
• Merchandising development and control: Fr, MUP, SK (slides in POS, adaptation video for POS etc);
• Trade activity report preparation;
• Stock goods and POSM control in terms of end of life;
• Media: TV, press, internet, OOH control of implementation, report preparation;
• CRM: data base, other CRM activities;
• Competitors activities analysis and Market analysis;
• Checking the planogram implementation;

Sales & forecasting:

• Sales analysis: by products, lines, POS, clients, regions etc.;
• Sales modeling & Sales forecasting;
• Goods ordering forecasts placement and stock analysis & control;
• Solving logistic and forecasting issues;

E-retail & Team:

• Filling the clients forms to for timely entry into the system novelties for existing E-retail and all the products for the new ones;
• Implementation of E-retail trade activity, communication with E-retailer, analyzing the results;
• Developing the BC schedule, confirmation with retailer;
• Daily communication with BC supervisor and BC team; 
• Developing and putting into the system POSM BC orders;
• Analyzing BC performance.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Professional experience at least at 1-2 years in an international company;
• Goals achievement orientation;
• Willingness to develop in marketing;
• Analytical Skills, ability to handle large volumes of data;
• English language - upper intermediate level;
• MS Excel User.
