Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director with extensive SAP knowledge to join our prestigious trade manufacturing company. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of SAP systems, and driving the overall IT strategy to support the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, excellent leadership capabilities, and a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the IT department and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, and support staff.
2. Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning it with the business goals and objectives.
3. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems across various modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide innovative IT solutions using SAP technologies.
5. Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and consultants for IT-related projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
6. Develop and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
7. Provide leadership and guidance in defining IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
8. Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and business users, to understand their needs and provide proactive IT support.
10. Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a focus on SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
3. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various SAP modules, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP CRM, or SAP BW.
4. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams, set clear objectives, and drive performance.
5. Solid understanding of trade manufacturing processes and industry-specific IT requirements.
6. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to align IT initiatives with business goals.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SAP systems.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
10. SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate (CA), SAP Certified Development Professional (CDP), or SAP Certified Technology Associate (CTA), are highly desirable.
