Creation of First Aid Training Centers based on the Special disciplines departments of the Academies of the patrol police in Kyiv, Rivne, Kryvyi Rih:

• development, approval and implementation of programs for primary training, retraining and advanced training of police officers;
• the Centers equipping as well as training and international certification of Academy's teachers as instructors of BLS (Basic Life Support) course of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and instructors of the StopTheBleed course of the Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons (in cooperation with the All-Ukrainian Council of Resuscitation and the US Embassy in Ukraine);

First Responder training course management (budget, equipment and supplies, personnel management, reports, plans; presentations, video-lessons and other learning materials development and creation).
