Project Description:
Development of a software solution for monitoring and measuring energy consumption and emissions. The system collects data from various sensors and devices, processes it, and provides analytics and visualization to ensure compliance with environmental standards and optimize energy efficiency. Participated in the development of a healthcare-focused software solution aimed at improvefficiency and supporting domain-specific workflows. Contributed to system design, implemintegration within the existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Full development lifecycle.
• Migrated legacy projects to .NET 8 to improve performance and maintainability.
• Designed and implemented the architecture of new projects from the ground up.

Project Description:
Designed and developed desktop and web applications to optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, termination, and benefits administration.
