• Managing and developing of business relations with new and exhisting corporate clients, selling of full range of banking products,
• Contributing to all phases of the project cycle ( origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring, supporting up to maturity)

• Preparation of risk opinion on credit projects , assessment of risks (incl. business, financial, market, tranzactional risks of corporate clients), cooperation with Head office in Greece,
• Regular reviews of the borrowers,
• Participation in preparation of internal bank regulations

• Client sourcing, managing and developing of business relations with new and exhisting clients,
• Coordination of all the corporate banking units in the process of implementation of banking products (cash management , treasury, documentary operations, etc.), control for efficiency and deadlines,
• Analysis of industries and competitive environment,
• Pre-analysis of potential credit projects and the borrowers,
• Management of credit process (structuring of the potential deal, preparation of the credit application ( incl. analysis of business and financial standing of the clients, cash-flow, market segment), evaluation of risks connected with the project, cooperation with other departments (risk management, legals, etc), involved in credit process, presentation of the project to Credit Committee, cooperation with Head office in Paris, support of granted facilities up to maturity).

• Deal and client sourcing,
  
• Support of all the client's operations day to day,
• Managing of credit projects ( from collection of all the necessary documents, and preparation of the credit application, to implementation of the project and supporting it till maturity)
  

Client acquisition, reporting, arrangement of credit process (preparation of the credit application (incl. analysis of business and client's financial standing), presentation of the project on Credit Committee, preparation of legal documents and agreements, managing the credit file, support and monitoring of the facilities up to maturity).

Arrangement of credit process (collection of the necessary documents, preparation of credit application, providing financial analysis, evaluation of projects, calculations of financial class of the borrowers according to NBU, analysis and check of collateral, preparation of legal documents and agreements , supporting and monitoring of the facilities up to maturity, control for interest payment, reporting).
