Provide outpatient and/or inpatient medical care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and updated medical 2 knowledge, MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the patients/beneficiary’s health conditions. Capacity building: to facilitate in collaboration with Managers, trainings regarding main topics according needs. To support all medical activities in collaboration with the rest of the team Main duties: • Collaborate with managers to assess main needs on health facilities and other relevant structures. • Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards. • Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological data, checking its validity and informing the line manager or project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patient’s illness, medical error and monitors the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material. • Ensure ongoing trainings and capacity building of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team (MSF or MoH) in order to optimize the quality of care. • Knows and ensures all MSF medical protocols are followed and implemented, checking universal precautions are followed at all times and reducing bio-hazard risks and improving infection control. • In collaboration with nurses, logistics and coordinators, organising trainings (first Aid for medical and non medical, trauma training, CBRN training, MCP training, …) delivering them and follow up the results. • In coordination with the team planning and carrying out assessments: hospital, health facility in general, IDP settlements or any other structures that could potentially need support. • In collaboration with the team maintain the network created and expand it with active research of needs or potential needs.

Responsible for market development drivers such as customer education, clinical paper, evidence development and dissemination, medical society engagements and KOL development.

• Provides education to customers, distributors, and sales employees.
• Explains solutions on new and existing products; i.e. correct procedures, application, specifications, etc.
• Support product evaluations with follow-up calls, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Develops a working knowledge of technical product features. May co-travel with sales reps and begin to learn the sales process. Attends sales and/or marketing meetings and conference calls, as requested. Supports usage of 3M products in the context of sales support efforts.
• Establish relationships in order to act as a local advocate for 3M products and solutions for key stakeholders, such as, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, regulatory agencies, customers, and/or universities. Learns about local industry associations or advisory boards. Gathers and analyzes data used in sales and marketing business presentations. Partner with marketing colleagues to develop and manage desired third party endorsement references.
• Train other stakeholders internally (marketers, business leaders) or externally (distributors, customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), professional associations, regulatory agencies, universities). Coordinates with internal and external resources to plan and execute various educational events or workshops. May represent 3M at tradeshows, educational events, and/or workshops.
• Supports localization of product documentation and communications (training, regulatory, sales, marketing, local study groups, etc.) for new and existing products.
• Collect, analyze, and share Voice of Customer (VOC) data and trends to New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and business group. Provides field support for NPI launches. Assist with documentation as needed.

• Participate in and execute designated Data Management functions in accordance with Chiltern and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
  
• assist in preparation of Data Entry guidelines for selected projects perform the following duties:

-understand and follow the Data Management Plan (DMP) with regards to project specific activities related to their function,

-perform data entry from CRFs into the clinical database as required,

-test data entry screens per data entry guidelines and Case Report Forms (CRFs) for selected projects;

• continually apply DMP changes to daily work activities, reference data issues log to resolve queries whenever possible, generate data queries as directed by the Project Data Manager; conduct quality control processes including Case Report Forms (CRFs) to database review;
• independently perform data cleaning including query activity and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Status changes. Identify and report issues and data trends. Run reports as requested and needed for daily tasks;
• reconcile project files, reports, listings and other documents generated in data management against the EDC database for accuracy and completeness of data management processes;
• perform all tasks to relevant Chiltern and/or Sponsor SOPs, ICH or other regulatory guidelines in Data Management;
• other duties as required by the Department.

I work under the terms of consultancy subcontract as Ukrainian hospital sector expert for a project "Strengthening the Health System in Kyiv" (in scope of EU project implemented by Ecorys) on the development of a Hospital Master Plan to support the Municipality of Kiev in the future organisation and structure of the hospital services.

I work as indenpendent expert upon request (usually, analyze/ assess/ proofread documents, translation/ interpreting etc.).

I hold part-time job contract, this position was opened within the scope of the project "Strengthening capacity of clinical cadre and administrative capability of services system in the area of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment" which is implemented in Ukraine by the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) of the University of Washington according to a United States governmental initiative "The President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief" (PEPFAR) and supported by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), USA. My main functions:

• Coordination of the project activities which are connected with clinical questions
• Provide and ensure clinical competence and content eligibility of educational and training materials which are elaborated and designed within the project
• Supervise the process of development of training and educational materials
• Coordination of clinical guidance program within the project
• Participate in elaboration of tools and guidelines for execution of clinical guidance
• Coordination of clinical guidance events and arrangements for educators/trainers within the project
• Preparation of analytical documents and elaboration of guidelines for implementation of training programs and clinical guidance programs

The Angels (Acute Networks strivinG for ExceLlence in Stroke) Initiative is a project to improve stroke care in Europe in collaboration with the European Stroke Organisation (ESO), Boehringer-Ingelheim and Quintiles. This project was initially launched in 11 countries of Central, Western and Eastern Europe in summer 2016. After initial trainings in Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt) and stroke simulation and imitation workshops in the Republic of South Africa (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria) Angels consultants started to work on fields locally in each of 11 countries. My main functions:

• Establishment of sustainable partnership with stroke ready hospitals in Ukraine to improve stroke care
• Communicate on the project and enroll new stroke units into the Angels Initiative
• Building and management of a network of Key Opinion Leaders in stroke therapeutic area
• Design of optimal patient pathway and healthcare professional organisation in hospitals
• Organize congresses, workshops and events with Key Opinion Leaders

I worked as a National Consultant (external contractor) in the International Medical Corps team, we conducted a general health related assessment in the central-southern parts of Donetsk Oblast (governmental-controlled area) near Mariupol with emphasis on Mental Health and Psycho-Social Support (MHPSS), Primary Healthcare (PHC), Gender-based Violance (GBV) and rehabilitation/winterization of the conflict affected clinics and health facilities. I worked in cooperation with Program Coordinator and Senior International Health Advisor, who prepared proposal (based on assessment report) for Humanitarian Implementation Plans (HIPs) of European Commission Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO) . My main tasks and responsibilities:

• assist in developing the healthcare needs assessment methodology and tools (in cooperation with other relevant Program Technical Leads (Health, MHPSS, Child Protection, GBV and Winterization))
• facilitate teams travelling within the fields and quality assurance of collected data
• participate in training field assessment teams to gather data for the assessment
  
• supervise assessment teams and lead one of the field assessment team
• present preliminary findings to the country team
• assist the team in finalizing and submitting report with practical recommendations.
  

I worked on the part-time position "physician" (internal medicine specialist, general practitioner). I consult patients with wide range of pathologies, diagnose, work up (check studies, examinations, procedures) and prescribe treatment.

I work on the part-time position remotely in Ukraine, because the company has its office in Wiesbaden, Germany. My responsibilities, tasks and functions: supporting licensing procedures for drugs (registration requirements check, documents request from manufacturing sites, preparing submissions, payments processing):

• registration/re-registration/variations in Ukraine,
• identifying new/revised regulations and discussing potential action items with the team and predicting impact on business, commenting drafts of regulation during public discussions,
• maintain contact with local authorities & trade associations,
• collaboration with partners and all involved departments,
• maintaining corporate databases, managing regulatory blocks for products shipment, products change control communication.

I am working remotely, my responsibilities and functions:

• reviewing and editing of scientific articles, texts;

• audit, checking and formatting texts according to requirements;

• supervision and control of author's alterations, proofreading, proof-correcting;

• follow-up and addition topical information;

• increasing and improvement of scientific value of article (further development of author's idea);

• contact and coordination with scientific journals and authors.

I work as a freelance translator and translate medical scientific articles (English/Russian) on demand, mainly cardiological topics.

I worked on the position "Health Field Officer" (HFO) in Sievierodonetsk Subdelegation of the ICRC mission in Ukraine. This work was closely related with armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine. HFO is one of the first person who face with war connected medical problems (damaged hospitals and medical facilities, weapon wounded patients, IDPs, lack of medical staff etc.) and all armed conflict consequences. I was responsible for Lugansk and Donetsk oblast areas that were controlled by the Ukrainian forces. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitoring of medical programs in the area of assignment, surveillance, evaluation

• Writing of proposal for projects, projects planning, management and implementation, coordination with partners and reporting to donors

• General management, internal logistics and administrative procedures, external communication and communication within operational and managerial ICRC units (Mental Health and Psycho Social Support, WatHab, EcoSec, Protection etc.)

• Regular written reports, minutes of meeting, presentations preparation, data management, compilation of information

• Language interpretation and translation of medical documents and texts (ex-patriot delegates usually don't speak Russian and Ukrainian)

• Participation in the distributions of medical material to hospitals and health posts

• Treatment of coworkers and patients, execution of various clinical tasks

• Maintaining contact with authorities, administration of health clinics/hospitals, social workers and Red Cross branches and societies

• Organize and provide war surgery seminars and trainings for civilian medical staff; first aid trainings for soldiers and civilian

• Cooperation with other humanitarian, medical organizations and actors (Medecins Sans Frontieres, Medecins du Monde, OSCE, UN, WHO, Norwegian Refugee Council, International Medical Corps, Caritas, ADRA, Mercy Corps, People in Need, Cap Anamur and others) and volunteers

• I worked with ex-patriot ICRC Health Delegate and we visited different medical and health facilities in Lugansk and Donetsk oblast (frontline and "second-line" facilities: Schastya, Stanitsa Lughanska, Dzerzhynsk, Kostyantynivka, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Lysychansk, Svitlodarsk, Artemivsk etc), assessed them, spoke to official authorities (head doctors, head of department, city council etc.), medical staff and patients; wrote reports, coordinating with central offices in Kyiv and Geneve to provide medical materials, drugs and other aid and help, final step - donation of needed materials to beneficiaries or remote distribution (depending on security situation and circumstances)

• I worked few months alone more independently without health delegate. I had the same tasks.

I worked on the position "clinical ordinator" at the Department of internal medicine №3 of O.O.Bogomolets NMU in the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• I acted as an attending medical doctor in internal medicine departments and treated patients of different profiles with wide range of pathologies (cardiology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology and others)

• I worked as a study-coordinator in clinical trials that were conducted in the Republican Clinical Hospital of Ukraine Healthcare Ministry

• I took an active part in the conciliums and consultations with professors, docents and doctors of hospital's departments

• I taught students and assisted professors and associate professors to lecture

• I wrote scientific articles and thesis, made scientific reports and presentations at medical conferences and participated actively in medical forums and other events.

I graduated from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University in 2010 (degree with distinction) and I had job placement (from the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine because I was government-budgeted graduate) for the position of senior academic assistant and at the same time I was completing my medical internship (internal medicine speciality) at the Department of internal medicine №2 of O.O.Bogomolets NMU in Oleksandrivska (Oktyabrskaya/ Zhovtneva) Central City Clinical Hospital:

• I worked as a doctor's assistant/apprentice and treated patients of different profiles with wide range of pathologies and diseases (mostly cardiology, rheumatology, pulmonology and others)

• Simultaneously I worked as senior academic assistant and did the job, mainly typing and making different PC software and programs operations and holding/ organizing seminars and lectures for students, assisting professors and docents etc.

• At the same time I carried out scientific research and wrote scientific work "The study of clinical laboratory parameters in patients with ankylosing spondylitis" and received a Master's of Medicine degree with distinction

• I participated in international and Ukrainian conferences and forums

• I was actively involved and helped members of the Department to perform clinical trials, that were conducted at that time (mostly in the fields of cardiology and rheumatology).
