Duties include:

Full accounting support for 22 private IT entrepreneurs.

Monthly and end of year accounts, invoicing, payroll for all businesses

Bank reconciliation, balance, cash flow, credit claims, expenses

Working with a USA company full accounting including paying taxes

Duties include:

*Work in multitasking mode.

*Conducting advance reports (control over timely submission)

*Keeping a journal of cash transactions, cash book, calculation of cash limits

*Currency conversions USD, Euro, Chinese Yuan and Ukrainian Hryvnia

*Collection of money in the bank

*Keping records of cash transactions for 3 legal entities of the enterprise

*Acceptance of money for specialist insurance providers

*Mutual settlements with contractors

* Creating of payment requests

*Work in the new ERP accounting programme (testing, writing application for revision)

Duties include:

*Registration of primary documentation.

*Formation in the 1C database of documents on the receipt of goods, services, posting payments

*Checking the correctness of the preparation of primary documents provided by counterparties (acts, invoices)

*Communication with suppliers regarding the submitted documents

*Document archivingFormation of various reports in the database

*Ensuring the smooth operation of the office (ordering stationery, water, monitoring office cleaning)
