I maintain and constantly improve my professional skills within the whole Department;

I make sure that the work in the Department is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the company standards, documented procedures, technological instructions and other guidelines and methodological documents of the Quality Management System;

I provide regulated reporting documents and information at the request of other divisions of the Company;

I am responsible for personnel recruitment of the Department and control their work. Also, organize their training to improve the skills of the Department's employees and provide an assessment of personnel;

I determine the needs of the Department for equipment, material, financial and labor resources necessary for work and control the rational use of resources and the safety of equipment as well as materials;

I observe and ensure compliance with the internal regulations, production and work ethic, labor protection, fire and electric safety measures, ethical standards and rules of conduct in the Department.

I take part in research to develop recommendations for users on the specifics of setting up various software and hardware configurations, and contribute to the most efficient functioning of software products developed by the Company.

I make suggestions for improving the developed software products.

I provide consultations to the employees of the Department and other divisions of the Company on emerging issues within my competence.

I participate in the organization of the automated testing process.

Keeping records of warehouse operations, as well as compiling and providing necessary reports, in accordance with applicable law, the rules and regulations existing at this enterprise. Checking the valuables accepted in and from the warehouse for compliance with their shipping documents in terms of quantity, assortment, quality, completeness, as well as other characteristics, depending on specific values.
