I was in charge of development a biometrical identification solution (both hardware and software) for a global security B2B project.

My key responsibilities were:

  • building an R&D team from construction hardware, software engineers, designers
  • studying market for available technologies and suppliers of device components and details
  • signing contracts with suppliers and partners for production and using patented technologies
  • testing and comparison of available devices and technologies, analyzing of strong and weak sides
  • presentation of devices and solutions to key partners for distribution purpose

Although the main goal of the project has been changed due to external limitations and circumstances i succeeded in providing company with long term distribution contracts of necessary equipment for successful future operation
