Ecos is Bitcoin mining ecosystem, which includes various tools that allow you to gain rewards from cryptocurrency assets. Therefore as an Account Manager at Ecos, I work in the Sales department with the sheer responsibility of selling cloud mining services and Bitcoin mining devices such as ASIC miners to warm leads that visit the ECOS website.I have gained comprehensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency world, Bitcoin mining products, mining algorithms, profitability metrics, and all aspects related to cryptocurrency mining.
This experience has significantly contributed to enhancing our B2B and B2C sales strategies, as well as the overall development of the product offerings.I am further involved in providing technical support to warm lead clients that need assistance with crypto currency and bitcoin mining.
My responsibilities at Ecos include;-
-Generating leads and working on data of investors from LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia
-Creating partnerships with businesses and investors-Managing incoming queries in carrot quest, from the Ecos platform and Telegram chats.
-Filling and working on the leads in the Bitrix 24 CRM.
-Preparing detailed reports on completed tasks and targets.-Closing more than 10+ deals every week, making sales forecast and sales projection daily.
-Making calculations in excel on Sales profitability and sales forecast of BTC.
-Providing advice on bitcoin mining, product selection and and facilitating sales.
Tools and Application used: Carrot Quest, Bitrix 24 CRM, Discord, Zadarma, Excel calculation tab, Whatsapp and Telegram.
Achievement
-Generated more than $2 million in Sales for the company.
-Closed a record $115,774 deals in November 2024 for only these months.
-Managing partnerships of more than 20 other businesses and driving B2B growth.
-Generated $2 million+ deal for the company as as an Account and Sales Manager for the company
-Generating and Closing at least $100,000 deal every month.-Assigning leads and closing 15+ deals every week.
-Responding to 500+ customers in one week when I was working as the only consultant responsible for sales and technical support on carrot quest.
-I was the only African directly from Africa that was working at Ecos remotely.
