While still completing my project management courses, I’m already building important skills like planning, organizing tasks, and managing time effectively. I’m learning how to lead a team, set clear goals, and keep a project on track from start to finish. These courses are also helping me improve my problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities, which are all crucial for handling real-life projects successfully.
