I develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case managers and the corresponding documentation for case management. I conduct commission meetings for the disbursement of cash assistance for protection, maintain meeting protocols, review cases after closure, monitor, and hold supervisory meetings with partner organizations regarding case management. I also provide training for partners and assist in case approvals for case management.
