- Conducted research of competitive CRM systems ( Overloop, Smartlead, Apollo, Snov, Clay, Supabase, Zoho) to identify UX patterns.
- Designed registration screens and dashboard for company creation with intuitive management of accounts, brands, and settings.
- Implemented Lottie animations to enhance interactivity.
