• Production of interior doors and MDF profiles. • Materials and products quality control. • Production work plannig. • Optimization material consumption and worker's time in production. • Work process control and equipment technical condition control. • Manage the inventory of spares part for equipment to ensure an enough supply of spares. • Facilitate and implement worker's training in the work process and training them to work with equipment. • Work process production safety. • Maintain electronic databases and hardcopy records of production progress, procurements, lists of partners, worker's contacts, etc. • Daily workpieces production reports and daily door production reports; weekly material procurement reports; monthly finished products reports, delivered to the warehouse and monthly cost report on their production.
