2. identify gaps in nfi partnerships in the field ( especially in high - risk/return areas ) and approach new partners to establish working relationships in the field
3. meet reporting requirements for response activities , in coordination with participating partners , including updates on the field situation and recommendations for next steps

8. compile age and sex disaggregated stock/allocation data provided by partners and follow up with partners as required
9. forward WASH & Shelter/NFI requests from partners to WASH & Shelter/NFI programme manager/common pipeline for approval and carry out WASH & Shelter/NFI issuance in accordance with nfi guidelines 10. coordinate stock dispatch with the supply department and partners in the field
11. advise the nfi project officer on any emerging issues related to nfi response
12. perform other duties as may be assigned.
13. Knowledge and practical experience in monitoring, reporting, and control;
14.Skills in conducting qualitative analysis (focus groups, interviews) and quantitative analysis (surveys, databases).
15.Experience in creating questionnaires, conducting surveys, using data collection tools (e.g. Kobo Toolbox)
Additional Skills and Experience:
Experience working with international and Ukrainian NGOs and projects funded by foreign donors (USAID, FCDO, SIDA, etc.) and UN agencies.
Knowledge and experience in monitoring, controlling, and reporting on humanitarian projects.
Skills in managing logistics processes, including coordinating cargo shipments from warehouses in collaboration with the Supply Department and local partners. Providing consultation on humanitarian response needs in the areas of WASH & Shelter/NFI
