Main responsibilities:

- to communicate with donors and recipients on logistics aspects of aid delivery;

- to distribute humanitarian and charitable aid from donors to recipients, including legal support;

- to assist donors in preparation of documentation for aid transfer.

Other responsibilities:

- to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment 2 projects (energy sector); the preparation of the RDNA3 and RDNA4 reports;

- to ensure the implementation of the "Shoulder to shoulder" national project (Пліч-о-пліч);

- to ensure the implementation of the Barrier-free strategy in Ukraine (Безбар'єрність);

- to ensure the bilateral cooperation (with Sweden and Spain).

- to draft monthly and Interim reports;

- to provide legal advice for senior experts on particularities of Ukrainian legislation; to support senior experts in drafting expert opinions, consultation notes, etc.;

- to assist experts in conducting economic analysis of State aid cases upon the AMCU’s request;

- to translate into English different Ukrainian legislative acts; to translate into Ukrainian the Project outputs.

- to draft letters to different public authorities;

- to draft amendments to legal acts as well as legislative acts in the gas production field from scratch;

- to take part in meetings with representatives of public authorities.

- to cooperate with Project Team Leader and Key Expert 2 in drafting compatibility criteria for State aid in different sectors;

- to take part in technical meetings between Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (and grantors) and Project experts;

- to translate into English different Ukrainian legislative acts; to translate Project's outputs into Ukrainian.

- to research legal practice in different spheres of law;

- to draft legal documents;

- to translate documents from English into Ukrainian, from Ukrainian into English.
