Senior embedded developer. Production and R&D in area of vector network analyzers (VNA). I have developed such devices: AA-1500SE, AA-2000, AA -3000, ReAmp, and Shackmaster Power 500/600. My responsibilities are embedded firmware and test fixtures – Python scripts for automated or semi-automated functional and hardware tests, fabric calibration, configuration.

I was involved in creation of first in the world “mobile” HPLC system (liquid chromatography, Cromite), my part was firmware development, PC application for testing device and analyzing data. I also developed and commissioned thermoplastic system for 5 layer polypropylene pipe production (Siemens S7-200, HMI).

I was developing (PLC program, S7-300) and launching five technology automation systems in mineral resource industry. I’ve created (concept, math base, electronic design and program) range of industrial online control sensors: Fe concentration, pulp density meters –ferromagnetic and strain gauge based, noise analyzers (using microcontrollers STM32, Silabs). I took part in renovation of existing DCS modules moving them on modern component base. I‘ve developed tools for testing, analyzing, parameterization of embedded devices (using SCADA, C# , Python). I’ve implemented some IP modules(C#). I’ve moved existing heating control system (used in office) to new level of flexibility and functionality, trying to replace commercial software with free tools (actually freeing two licenses) I ended up with ICP DAS WinCon controller(C# on WinCE), intranet MySQL server, intranet web server(Python, Django, JS).

I’ve developed range of thermo regulators (home appliances, so far in production and on market, STM32, STM8-based). I’ve developed OSD functionality (graphic mode, 64 predefined colors) for thermo vision device, my part was managing BT656 stream, OSD RAM (was used MAX II CPLD device communicating with CPU through SPI, VHDL programming). I’ve rebuild QCS (scanner of paper web) integrating existing sensors with new electronics and industrial HMI operator panel (embedded developing, VHDL programming, HMI programming). I’ve developed and launched technology automation system integrated with QCS and cross machine profile control (~1500 points, Mitsubishi Q, Citect (SCADA), embedded devices).

I’ve been developing Quality Control Systems (QCS), technology automation systems, electronic equipment for P&P industry. The company manufactured own QCS and actively rebuild QCS and equipment of worldleaders in that area – Honeywell, MeasureX, Raibox, Valmet. My activities included PLC/HMI programming, embedded developing. I took part in developing online moisture, grammage, thickness sensors. I’ve developed speed and length meters, pressure sensor, electronics for cross machine profile control actuators, Ring Crush Test machine (RCT), stress strain machine.

I’ve developed and launched PH regulator for industrial sewage waters. I took part in developing passenger barriers in Kiev subway, my part was module that controls passenger pass and all modules health tester.
