Research and Analysis:

- Researching international financial stability indicators in healthcare and their applicability to the health system in Ukraine.

- Conducted research on international military rehabilitation programs & services (best practices), including an analysis of their possible effectiveness in the Ukrainian context.

- Conducted cabinet overview research on prices for private-sector PMG services by region.In cooperation with the international consultant contributed to creating a list of recommendations for updating the PMG packages for the treatment and diagnosis of tuberculosis (Implementation of performance-based financing (PBF) indicators).

Program Support and Organizational Support:

- Developing and proofreading presentations and reports on a variety of research materials prepared for the Project’s stakeholders.

- Supporting communication with local and international consultants and addressing their concerns to the Project’s leadership team.

- Organizing and coordinating online events and presentations, ensuring their effective implementation and participant engagement.

- Translating various materials from and into English on an ad hoc basis, including official documents, reports, and presentations.

- Planning and coordinating internal objective staff meetings and external client meetings.

- Participated in a Healthcare reconstruction plan development (cross-cutting activity)

Communication and Presentation:

- Provided lead generation services for companies from various industries (Healthcare, Security, Software development, Marketing, Coaching) through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn).

- Conducted bi-weekly meetings with clients regarding the progress and successes of the campaign.

- Prepared presentations for meetings with the CMO to discuss limitations to campaigns and suggest ways to improve the performance.

Research and analysis :

- Researched the industry before working on a new project to ensure good-quality knowledge in the area and help the company achieve proposed KPIs.

- Analyzed the effectiveness of the used campaign strategies.

- Developed weekly analytical reports on active projects.

Activity support:

- Supported PM’s active and new campaigns by communicating with messaging specialists and checking their weekly reporting

- Attended kick-off meetings with new clients to ensure successful onboarding.

Event Planning and Communication:

- Contributed to organizing the “Ukraine in Washington and Beyond” online conference by researching potential participants, drafting press releases, and promoting the event on social media platforms.

- Started an Instagram page to gain more visibility and engagement on social media about the Foundation and its events.

Reporting:

- Attended online events, organized by the US-Ukraine Business Council and the Atlantic Council and provided short analytical reports on them.
