- Providing qualified oral and written legal consultations and explanations of legal norms andprocedures to company employees to minimize legal risks.

- Reviewing and preparing responses to requests, appeals, letters, and complaints from individualsand legal entities, including government authorities, as well as communication andcollaboration with state and private companies on legal matters.

- Preparing and submitting requests, letters, appeals, and complaints to legal and physical entities,including government bodies, to address legal issues and protect the interests of the company.

- Managing internal archives and registers, ensuring their organization, relevance, andcompliance with legal requirements and internal regulatory acts, as well as preparing andsubmitting reports on the current status of case processing.

- Monitoring changes in legislation and assessing their impact on the company's operations, aswell as preparing recommendations for adapting internal policies and procedures

- Investigating criminal offenses in the financial sector, including tax evasion, money laundering,legalization, embezzlement, and other illegal financial activities.

- Directing criminal proceedings to court, including preparing case materials, drafting indictmentacts, and submitting cases to judicial authorities for further consideration.

- Participating in court hearings, preparing and submitting materials to judicial instances,providing evidence and legal arguments in criminal proceedings.

- Gathering, analyzing, processing, and summarizing large volumes of documents and information,including financial reports, contracts, agreements, and other documents related to the financialactivities of national and international companies and their counterparties.

- Interacting with national and international companies in the financial sector to collect evidenceand information necessary for investigations.

- Working with international registries of legal entities and individuals to identify and investigatecriminal offenses in the financial sector.

- Conducting investigative actions and covert investigative actions in cases provided for by theCriminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

- Executing procedural actions and making procedural decisions in cases stipulated by theCriminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
