- Building a team of trainers (increasing the number of team members by 2 times) with the aim of brand’s products training delivery within the Ukraine for beauty salons and studios (candidate’s selection and evaluation in tandem with brand manager);
- Development, implementation and monitoring of annual + quarterly education strategies for the team for new and existing brand’s products (expanding the coverage of the training map from 11 regions of Ukraine to 23);
- Formation of monthly and weekly education plans for each trainer and monitoring of their performance;
- Education of separate team members through personal meetings as well as conducting group training events for the whole trainer’s team in off-line and online formats;
- Enhancing the trainer team's qualification in public speaking, hairdressing trends and personal SMM marketing by attracting relevant top specialists in these fields;
- Providing a team of trainers with everything necessary for effective work both in Kyiv and on regional business trips (training materials, test products, auxiliary accessories and incentive elements for customers);
- Development of motivational programs for the team of trainers (salary + bonus system, organization of corporate events);
- Monitoring and rectifying the quality of transferring the luxury brand's philosophy and values to stylists in beauty salons and customers;
- Developing, implementing and maintaining basic training materials, such as brand book and ritual maps for brand products (both electronic and printed versions);
- Designing and implementing electronic trainings for the international online training platform within the company;
- Organizing and conducting multi-level training and presentation campaigns (events, trainings, seminars) offline for brand clients with the participation of team trainers and myself, for the largest of them (from 5 to 300 people);
- Creating and coordinating webinars, live streams (Instagram), and online events for brand clients (ranging from 10 to 200 participants);
- Development and implementation of “team look” for brand trainers’ team;
- Managing and controlling budgets for training events in all formats;
- Partnering with the marketing department to create projects that enhance brand awareness and loyalty (brand corner, beauty boxes, video clips, etc.);
- Forming of informational content for beauty market places and customer feedback management on them (https://makeup.com.ua/ та https://www.notino.ua/);
- Communicating the results of the work accomplished to the local management;
- Increase in sales volume of brand products by 17%;
- Increasing the level of brand awareness by 38%;
- Enhance brand loyalty by 16%.

ABOUT MYSELF
I have always been fascinated with music and singing since my childhood. Separately or when combined, they encourage people to feel the different shades of the world more deeply and reveal them through their souls. I wanted to combine my professional activities with music and singing when I entered a music university. When I was about to graduate from the university I realized that I had a desire to change my line, to work in the beauty industry. Like music with singing, it is closely related to revealing the colors and characteristics of people. I began to work in L’Oreal company. The skills I acquired while studying I successfully utilized in this company. These qualities are: 1. The ability to conduct public performances in an effective manner and to maintain the audience's interest and its mood; 2. Ability to feel people properly and accurately understand their demands. These abilities required a certain inspiring charisma, a clearly set diction and of course some artistry.
