I began my journey as a sales assistant, but my leadership and communication skills quickly caught the attention of management, leading to my promotion as a customer service advisor. In this role, I took on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Organizing staff at the cash registers based on customer demand,
- Addressing and resolving critical issues,
- Handling product returns, exchanges, and searches,
- Assisting customers with their online orders and providing phone consultations,
- Closing cash registers at the end of shifts, and
- Training new staff.
The role was quiet multitasking, which required strong time management skills.
Simultaneously, I worked on the sales floor, where I managed a specific department by:
- Unpacking and displaying new products,
- Reorganizing racks and units,
- Engaging in merchandising tasks,
- Monitoring pricing accuracy,
- Advising customers on products, and
- Ensuring the shop floor remained presentable and inviting.

Business and Professional English
This short-term course was held at University College Cork in Ireland. We concentrated on enhancing our skills in speaking formal English and engaged in various activities, including: - Job interviews - Business debates - Negotiations - Business meetings - Startup presentations - Sales negotiations - Elevator pitches Through these practical exercises, we aimed to build confidence and improve our communication abilities in a professional setting. Personally, I performed as a leader of debates and a very active student.
Marketing and Logistics
The student training course offers a thorough understanding of market analysis and the product lifecycle, giving participants insight into how products progress through different stages, from their creation to eventual decline. Additionally, we covered the basics of logistics, gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical insights into how to develop effective transport routes for product delivery.
