Full communication with counterparties – drafting contract upon terms of the confirmed business, execution of the contract on all the stages, issuance of the shipping documents in accordance with the counter party’s DI and local authorities’ requirements. Constant quality and quantity control of the cargo. Monitoring compliance with the payment schedule for the delivered goods. Quality and shortage claims.Providing reporting.
