Neighbours app is an Android- and iOS-app linked to ring devices providing real-time crime and safety alerts from neighbors and local law enforcement. Ring's Neighbourhood department is responsible for moderating the content of the Neighbours app, approving or declining comments and videos.

Achievements:

• Ranked best team overall of the Neighbourhood department in 2018
• My team won award employee of the month among 4 teams 3 out of 6 times.

Duties as Lead:

• Leading a team of 10 people
• Monitoring the shift performance of the team members
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities
• Conducting performance reviews
• Onboarding of newcomers
• Continuous maintenance and improvement of Neighbours Admin Software and the corresponding Neighbours Android- and iOS-app

- Finding and reporting bugs via Jira

- Improvements according to market research

- Customer development (collecting information by creating surveys and conducting interviews for hypothesis validation)

• Weekly reporting to the Ring Santa Monica Social Media and Marketing teams with most relevant surveillance content from the app
