1) preparation of monthly and half-yearly reports on office activities (narrative and financial part), including newsletters, Instagram page maintenance

2) representation of the fund office in external relations with partners, mass media, government departments and non-governmental organizations

3) communication with the JRS international offices, participation in live and online meetings

4) coordination of educational and humanitarian programs for refugees

5) maintaining refugee database

6) criteria development for providing indirect financial assistance and its provision

7) support for budget revision activities

8) support for refugee needs assessment activities, including interpreting

9) organization of Polish-Ukrainian cultural events for children and adults

10) accompanying refugees in state institutions, providing individual consultations

11) work with volunteers, coordination of the work of a children and youth’s acting group
